How are you trying to load the game? Using the "Iso Selector"?

what pcsx2 settings? what plugin settings? tried running the game from the Original Disc with cdvdGigaherz cdvd plugin?

cdvdGigaherz is a cdvd plugin (Config > Plugins/BIOS selector > CDVD) that lets you run the game from the Original Disc, try it:
