0.9.6 installed and doesnt seem to "remember" everything i do

hi, I've just installed shiny 0.9.6 x64 on vista x64.
nice progress btw...
anyway as always the emulator ask to configure it.
the configuration fail to "remember" my orders:
i have to set bios and plugin directory every time i start the emulator,
but most important i cant seem to set any controller right!
after i press "ok" it doesnt seem to do anything at all - so i cant play.
any one got the same issues?

Eh, yeah that's one of those things that would presumably fixed if Pcsx2 "correctly" saved inis, memcards, and other user options and data files in the Windows-designated area for user data (namely c:\documents and settings\username\my documents\ on XP, and c:\users\username\documents\ on Vista).

Maybe something for the eventual todo list? Hard to say.. some people might find that controversial or annoying still.
