Could you help me with this issue since it won't let me enter the games and that didn't happen to me before, thank you.

ok. if you don't have a dedicated GPU, but only the integrated one it won't work anymore.
you'll have to keep using older pcsx2

I can resolve this error using Microsoft basic render drive, however the performance is very poor, even using minimum settings (the game is DMC1). Will I really have to use an outdated version? Do you think I can install some driver that can solve this?

no.
pcsx2 requirements have evolved and don't support old igpus anymore.
