0xc error even after VCRedist and others

VS 2015 compilation started at around August of 2015 so it's the same issue you're talking about (many 1.3 builds were compiled this way too). DirectX is not used by pcsx2.exe so that is not the issue, it's a runtimes issue. My only thought would be to try uninstalling/reinstalling/repair installing this: https://www.microsoft.com/en-us/download...x?id=48145
and also install all windows updates (optionals too)

This could also help: https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/kb/2977003

those are both included in the  redist i have in my link along with everything else listed below, . none of this stuff is installed by default on win7 and win 10 only installed 2 of the below as "apps" win 8/8.1 probably does the same 2 via apps, but i never used 8/8.1 personal so i dont know, which why i think something is corrupt or it not geting installed correct.

I know when the the redist in my link is installed correctly pcsx2 and all its builds work correct cause i tested on 4+ diffrent pc's  and pcsx2 build only started to work after the installed redist in my link was installed on those 4+ win 7 system. if it didnt work i wouldnt have it my sig or be using AIO redist from  burf for for the last 3+ years.

The AIO Redist also uninstalled all VC++ before install them too, so  it best to do  run the redist after a fresh reboot. which should remove any corruption with VC++ installs this on the other hand will not fix corruption in OS, but then there seem to be alot people complain about VC issue, which make me wonder what is really happening.

Code:
vcredist_x64_2005\vcredist.msi
vcredist_x64_2008\vc_red.msi
vcredist_x64_2010\vc_red.msi
vcredist_x64_2012\vc_runtimeMinimum_x64.msi
vcredist_x64_2012\vc_runtimeAdditional_x64.msi
vcredist_x64_2013\vc_runtimeMinimum_x64.msi
vcredist_x64_2013\vc_runtimeAdditional_x64.msi
vcredist_x64_2015\vc_runtimeMinimum_x64.msi
vcredist_x64_2015\vc_runtimeAdditional_x64.msi
vcredist_x86_2005\vcredist.msi
vcredist_x86_2008\vc_red.msi
vcredist_x86_2010\vc_red.msi
vcredist_x86_2012\vc_runtimeMinimum_x86.msi
vcredist_x86_2012\vc_runtimeAdditional_x86.msi
vcredist_x86_2013\vc_runtimeMinimum_x86.msi
vcredist_x86_2013\vc_runtimeAdditional_x86.msi
vcredist_x86_2015\vc_runtimeMinimum_x86.msi
vcredist_x86_2015\vc_runtimeAdditional_x86.msi
fsharp_redist\FSharpSDK.msi
+ some old runtimes some programs still need

uninstall/repair options are intact too,

I would think there easy way to find out if something is corrupt or something pc side is keeping VC/PCSX2 from working correct download [url=pcsx2.net/download/releases/windows/finish/6-windows/133-pcsx2-1-4-0-standalone-installer.html]1.4.0 installer [/url]which includes everything needed for pcsx2 including the VC last i checked, and if it still shooting that error out something is not correctly working on the pc.

yeah I think something is corrupted in my runtime files. I can't even install Visual 2015 anymore, it shows the error message below. I'm going to uninstall everything related to the runtimes and the emulator and try again.
