Does anybody know how to make Pcsx2 1.2.1 or 1.3.0 portable.
For example, being able to put the DLLs onto my portable hardrive.

theorically, putting all the directx + vcredist dll in pcsx2 root directory should work.
not sure about this, though.

Experiment.
CPU : AMD Ryzen 7 3800X
Mobo : Asus PRIME B450-PLUS
GPU : NVIDIA GeForce RTX 3070
RAM : 16 Go

By saying "root directory", do you mean in the plugins folder?
