I reinstalled my win and installed vcredist. Then i got an unspecified error 0x[8 digit no] and also check the log file. There was written that build 7600 SP0 and much more. I will send you the full log file next day.

Looks like you installed 1.4.0 and can you search the file api-ms-win-crt-runtime-l1-1-0.dll and post here. Thanks if you help me.

Those having problem while opening pcsx2 get this file and instruction is inside. The missing DLL file is here.

it's not a great idea to manually download a DLL.

That solved my previous issue of gsdx plugin not aoply because d3dx9_43.DLL was missing. After I put that file in pcsx2 directory. And problem solved. May it solve this problem as I haven't tried this.

That means your DX9 isn't installed/correctly installed.

Yes but I has installed now but problem is for runtime so I found that file and I am sure it would work like that when it solved previous issue.
