1080p = Bad quality?
#1
What's up. The other day I wanted to play KH 2 in my ps2, but it's broken, so I searched in internet how to play in pc. I have downloaded PCSX2 0.9.8 and I copy the KH iso, from my cd with Ultra ISO. Well, when i'm playing in 1080p fullscreen, some strange lines appear. And that lasts all the game Here some pictures:

Try using 3x Native instead of custom resolution...

It occurs on almost all 2D things, and on many games. The only way to fix it is using native resolution.

Yeah, I try the native resolution and it looks perfectly, but i saw some videos in PCSX2 YouTube channel, and He runs the game in 1080p perfectly ... I think there is a way ....

i never trust that youtube thing.
he is probrably using F10 recording what i know on F10 recording rendered movies to be true than the actual emulation game window.
alternately recording from a real PS2 using a USB-DVR to fool them.

those demo could been view on window mode.

Well one thing you can do is duplicate everything they did including the build they used
Here is the build they used

http://buildbot.orphis.net/pcsx2/index.p...indows-x86

And this was their configuration

PCSX2 configuration:
PCSX2 0.9.9 SVN rev 4938
GSdx v0.1.16 (AVX) SVN rev 4928 (DX10 Hardware, Texture Filtering)
Internal Resolution: 2048x1792 (4x native, which in this case is 512x448)
SPU2-X v2.0.0 SVN rev 4872
Lilypad v0.10.0 SVN rev 4929
USBnull,FWnull,DEV9null
Recommended speed hacks on, MTVU on
Automatic Game Fixes on
So All you have to do is repeat Smile let us know how it goes

Those lines were probably a glitch of the Allow 8-bit Texture.
