1GB RAM

is 1GB ram not enough to run pcsx2 games?
because my FPS when playing games are at 20-30 only
and my CPU and VC is under the playable speed compatibility list
so im thinking its my ram thats making my game run slowly right?
im playing legend of legia 2 btw.

AMD Athlon™ 64x2 Dual Core Processor 4200+ 2.21 GHz
Graphic Card is
ATI Radeon HD 4650 1GB ram

i dont know why my game run so slow it runs at 50% only

You could try utilizing speedhacks, if you haven`t allready.

my friend have same machine......speed on his pc is 40-45fps

his spec-:

same prossecor
inbuilt 265mb chipset
2 GB ram..........

sigh so making my ram 2GB dsnt affect my playing speed eh,

if u make it to 2GB then there is huge speedup in ur pc.............earlier i have 1GB and its 20-30fps..and now its 3GB its 50-60fps.....


now i have core2duo but erlier i was dual core.....games are playble but not in full speed...it is just...40-45fps if u own 2gb ram

Amount of system RAM has 0 impact on PCSX2 speed except if you have something like 256 MB.

ohhhhh.......reallyyyy.....but its my personal experience...truely saying...huge speedup when gos 1GB to 3GB
