2 problems: Failed Mem Card load and Black Screen on Run=>Execute

Windows 7 Ultimate (x64) (build 7100)
Hewlett-Packard HP TouchSmart tx2 Notebook PC Rev 1
2.40 gigahertz AMD Turion X2 Ultra Dual-Core
256 kilobyte primary memory cache
2048 kilobyte secondary memory cache
3838 Megabytes Usable Installed Memory
ATI Radeon HD 3200 Graphics

running Pcsx2 0.9.6
Kingdom hearts RE: Chain of Memories starts fine when i use file=>Run Cd/DVD, and the game is an iso mounted with Deamon tools. But once i pause with ESC and go back using Run=> Execute, it just shows a black screen and un-pauses.

The second problem is im getting an error: Failed loading Memory Card from File 'C\rogram Files(x86)\pcsx\memcards' for both Mcd001.ps2 and Mcd002.ps2, then it fails to load cd/dvd.
but this error is only when using the new beta 1474.
not to mention it fails loading the ZeroGS plugins...

any speculation ideas or help would be greatly appreciated!

Also the GSdx you are using is ancient.

yup that did it. i ran as administator and the mem card problem was fixed, and just using the beta fixes the un-pausing problem. thanks alot!!!
