I have 2 unusual issues still waiting for advises.
1) I can't run any pcsx2 emulator after I update my win10 and I'm running win10 without update just to play pcsx2 emulator.
2) I can run my pcsx2 (build 2327 or older) emulator with vc++ 2013 on my win10 version1511.

what makes you think you can't ? any error message ?

After I click to open the program, I can't click any further, the whole program does not respond and with no error msg.
Beside the emulator, everything is fine.
Btw I jst try my luck because I can still play my pcsx2 without any update to win10 and it work with vc++2013
. Is this description good enough ?

I though all 1.50 dev are portable version, so are mine.. And I already tried 1.4 installer version. I think this problems can only be done on site unless you have encounter this issue.

I've used both the 1.4.0 and one of the stand alone 1.5 builds on a fully updated 1709 system..
So you open the program, and the gui pops up.. but you cannot do anything in it? What does the emu logs state? Does the task manager indicate the thread is locked?

PCSX2 uses VC++ 2015 so since it sounds like you only have 2013, I think step one would be to install 2015 or 2017 (which is backwards compatible).

The gui pops up, but I can't do anything. Don't think I can provide logs file. Task manager did not indicate thread is locked.
Beside pcsx2, everything is fine.
