you can fix the screen shaking by pressing F5 untill you get the best result.
try using the new spu2-x or try the "zero" one (it will be of worse quality but faster), also disable the game fixes cause they are for particular games and not for the shadow of rome i see you have loaded, in cpu config enable the multi threaded gs mode and last play some more with the speedhacks but after you try everything i mentioned!. also some easy games to emulate are those in the link i will provide below (but still you can play some more demanding if you try more)
