21H1 for pcsx2 ?

Should i update to 21H1 for the best of pcsx2 emulation ? Btw is it advisable to downgrade to v1803 or v1809, will pcsx2 work well ?
I don't like the new features of win10.

21h1 is not a major update.
20h1 20h2 and 21h1 are identically the same. #offtopic downgrade to 1803 and 1809 is EOL and no longer supported for newest builds of rpcs3
