24 the game runs really slow

its the game bud, the game and there's nothing we can do about it
I went to the end
there was nothing, so u better not wasting ur time going the way im went through
i spent 4 days changing settings with a dead end gear to no avail
it works perfect in 60fps but lags wont go

I just tried the game and the problem is pretty clear:
It measures the PS2 CPU load and pushes as many frames as possible.
Another game doing this is Shadow of the Colossus.
Both titles show the same hyper reaction to the VU cycle steal hack, too.

It may still be a bug in PCSX2, of course. Dunno how many FPS it puts out on real hardware.
