24 the game slow

I can't find solution to slow downs when I play this particular game, god of war 2 works 60 fps for me. At some threads I seen that dx10 hw from this link can help, but I can't open it.

Have someone found solution to it? Also sound is not stretched when i select timestretch setting, and framerate is 60 fps. With vu cycle stealing 1 hack.
My cpu is amd fx-8370 4 ghz (8 cores), and gpu is gtx 660.

Nothing you can do about it. Play it on your PS2 for now

yeh 24 the game is extremely heavy, even some of the best PC's can't run it well.
