60 fps codes

Is it possible to find 60fps code for Arc the lad: Twilight of the Spirits.
I have tried following the tutorials from these two posts..

But I'm not sure if it's impossible to do 60fps for this game or if it's too difficult for me to understand.

Is there any guide on making 60 fps patches?

There is one for the NTSC version of Test Drive Unlimited, but many of the menus and UI elements are extremely slow.
There also is a better patch for the PAL version, but I want one for NTSC too so that I can also use a another patch which is only for the NTSC version.

Hello, I was looking for some help getting 60 fps splitscreen for sonic riders (SLUS-21331). The game runs at 60 fps for single player, but 2 players is 30.

Also looking to see if there is some guide explaining how to locate the addresses for fps and game speed.
