I have to use some EE overclocking to make the game not skip some frames. As I expected, I can't do 120fps with my CPU. It ranges between 102 and 115 fps when characters move/attack/etc. I'm using the "3C013F20" value with "FramerateNTSC=95.90". It's very slightly incorrect (it should be 95.904. I don't know if PCSX2 can accept three decimals in that setting) but it's the best fps I could get with a bit of margin just in case.
If someone uses them, keep in mind that using progressive scan mode will force the game to 60fps and ignore the "FramerateNTSC" setting.
Can you post your pnach for this one? I could set it up myself but since you already have it would be appreciated and I'd love to see this game at high fps.

Sure. There are other unrelated cheat codes there, but they are disabled. Enable the fps codes you need (I disabled all of them by default). Use the "FramerateNTSC" number that I put in a comment above every cheat. I use the 180% EE overclock setting, by the way. Environment animations aren't changed with the fps codes, but characters are OK. I don't know about timers, because I've only tried practice mode.
