60 fps codes

It seems that the frame rate codes for PS2 games are very sensitive and don't perform as well when used as an enabled cheat through the pnach file. So I highly suggest that you try this new value for GTAVCS by editing the value in cheat engine as opposed to using it as a pnach code. So if you have already tried to use my new value for asasega's address by putting it in the pnach and then enabling cheats I suggest you try this alternative method for better performance and frame rate: First remove the line containing 20370314 in the pnach file so the 60 fps value is not enabled as a code through PCSX2. Then start the game normally, once your saved game is loaded and you are in-game, then go into cheat engine and add the 4-byte address 20370314, change the value to hexadecimal and you will find the default value of 14820019. Change the 14 to 10 so it changes to 10820019, then start playing your game. With this method, you should get even smoother and better frame rate than if you tried using this code as a pnach file with cheats enabled. I have also found that once you change this value in cheat engine, if you then save a save state then load that save state you will get even better performance and an even smoother frame rate. This frame rate code just seems to perform better when changed during gameplay in cheat engine as opposed to being used as a pnach code. Thank you asasega very much for finding this amazing address. For me to then find a better value for this address is hugely satisfying as it enhances VCS so much. This new frame rate value edited in Cheat engine during gameplay combined with my TC Offset codes (TC Offset X : 15, TC Offset Y : 250) it's such an improved experience. asasega obviously has an excellent method for finding frame rate / game speed codes in various PS2 games. However you find these asasega, you are making a huge improvement. I would never have achieved this wonderful frame rate for VCS if it wasn't for you finding the original address. It inspired me to share it along with my TC Offset hacks. I haven't gotten any feedback on these codes but I truly hope you guys are enjoying them. It is my way of giving back to the PCSX2 community and to excellent frame rate / game speed code finders like asasega! I haven't tried his Scarface patch yet, I wonder if with the value set to 00000000 it slows down gameplay like the GTA VCS code did. I don't recall Scarface on PS2 having as low of a frame rate as the GTA games did but I will definitely check out what his 60 fps code does when I get a chance.

For PAL, it will be locked to 50 FPS but it might be possible to increase the FPS by editing the pcsx2_vm.ini file, though I haven't tested it myself. can you make a port of patch scarface? to PAL HOW DO YOU DID WITH RAYMAN?

Or does this code just make EVERYTHING double speed? I requested someone to test this code on youtube and the 1v1 battles in free battle mode were double speed (https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=b9ZUfn3zWQI) I wanna know if 1v1 battles like this are also doubled in master mode, thanks.

This PAL game is native 25fps but this patch allows it to run at 50fps. I tested this very little so let me know if you run into any issues.
