So due to a request
I decided to write indepth tutorial about the methods I used to find speed modifier
Also If someone can upload a better tutorial about how to find frame divisor I will be really happy

First you try to find the speed modifier by looking into Values from my list, keep changing the values until you hit the speed modifier (The game might turn unplayable by doing so, so becareful) 
3f800000 is a value that doesnt required from you to clean jit cache 
Dont change it  3c023f55
3f800000 is meaning 1x speed you want to set it to 3f555555 0.8333x speed
3c023f55 is meaning load register 02 the speed 0.8333 
It wont work for you to mix this 2 .

But Lets say you want to play at 120 fps
You set the value to half so when you set pcsx2 to target double the frame rate the walking will be at normal speed
