60fps (120%) problem

From few days I got a problem with fps counter mainly in tekken 5, it says 60fps (120%) and because of that sound plays too fast and sometimes when goes higher than 60fps games slows down like hell.
I always using latest plugins (gsdx, spu-x) but its still the same with older ones. When i change to pal60 mode in tekken 5 or limit fps to 50 in cpu settings sound is ok but entire game is slow. Please help.

turn off speed hacks, they give false readings and cause these sorts of problems.

turning off speedhacks dont change anything, the problem is that emu wrong detects fps limit for current game or something, 50 fps game is played like 60 so game is soo slow with fps limit, worst thing is that i never had to set fps limit for each game before, it always worked with one for all games, i got this thing for few days maybe week, maybe i have some bad drivers i dont know Wacko

ever played a song 5-10% too fast then played it at normal speed? yeh seems slow, doesnt it.

if you play 50 hz (pal) games set the framelimit to auto. they run 50 fps in fullspeed.
