Didn't you read the thread? If he sets it to 50 the sound is okey but the game is slow. Read the thread next time.

And yeah, I also recommend you to try different sound plugins as these might produce different results, and one of them is surely bound to work.

It's a succession of onomatopoeias, which Scatman utters very rapidly, contrasting with what he says right after at normal speed. So yeah, the reference was quite elusive if you didn't know the song to begin with.

EDIT: Not so sure about which song it was exactly. :B
