60fps patch for Everything or Nothing

I'm trying to play Everything or Nothing, the James Bond game. I've used the codes that are listed on the 60fps codes page. I know that the post says incomplete codes, but the post specifically says this relates to underwater missions and not regular missions. So why won't this patch work at all? Really confused I can't see what I've done incorrectly.

Please post the contents of the emulog.txt file after the problem occurs. The file can be found in "My Documents\PCSX2\logs" for the installer version or in "PCSX2\logs" for the portable/binary version.
