A Little bug in some games

Hi, I'm having a little bug in some games, for example in gran turismo 4 the game is always running slow until i change the interlacing (f5) mode for whatever other option on that menu, then i can change back to my prefered mode. Is weird to understand but just watch the video (youtube link) Also, can i have a notification when the bug is fixed? BTW: i'm using 1.7.2
