A few questions..

I am considering purchasing either a PS/PS2 to USB adapter for my old PSX controller or a PC gamepad, I would like some info/advice.

Edit: Have done some more research and have decided on a Rumblepad2

1] I noticed some talk about needing a 3.0GHz+ processor to avoid slow-motion with PCSX2
I was wondering if I will experience slow-motion/lag with these specs:
CPU: AMD Athlon 64 5000+ (2.6GHz)
GPU: Asus 9500GT 512MB MAGIC
RAM: 1x 2GB DDR2-800
HDD: 320GB 7200rpm

I cannot give any insight to gamepads as I just use my keyboard but I can tell that while 2.6 ghz is cutting a little bit close, pcsx2 should be usable, I get very decent fps on my 5200+ (2.7ghz)
