A good setting for KH2 on my system?

Hi guys i notice in game fps drop issue in some part of kingdom hearts 2 (ex in battles) cut scenes are fine. I search youtube for some setting tips but not manage to get the best.
My system specs are down below and if anyone can help me get the right settings I'll gladly appreciate it msg if I'am missing any info you need to help me out
