Intel® Celeron® CPU 900 @ 2.20GHz 2.19GHz

Is anyone willing to tell me the best possible configs that will make DBz BT3/Iw run smoothly?.Thank you for your time and i hope someone will help me HappyHappy

You have no chance of running the fairly demanding DBZ with such an old weak cpu. I doubt any game would run at fullspeed or even close to it.
Specs:
CPU: C2D E8400 @ 3.6
GPU: GTX 560Ti 2Gb
MOB: Asus P5QL
RAM: Crucial 4Gb
OS: Windows 7 64bit/XP 32bit

I'm affraid to say it'll never run smoothly, becasue your cpu is quite weak

CPU : AMD Ryzen 7 3800X

don't think so, PCSX2 is coded to work on windows/linux/OSX not on PS3...

OS isn't really the problem.
architecture is.

Pcsx2 was developped in order to work on x86/x64 systems.

My specs are
Processor:
AMD Sempron™ Processor 3400+, MMX, 3DNow, ~2.0GHz
Memory:
1536MB RAM
Hard Drive:
320 GB
Video Card:
NVIDIA GeForce 8800 GS

I can play DBZ BT3 around 19 fps now... is it really impossible to play it properly? I have read at several places that people say they can play it smoothly even when they have a similar processor to mine. But this is not really based on personal experience because I have never seen someone using PCSX2.

The funny part about this is that my friend who has a dual core processor and (I think?) a better GPU than me plays this game around 13~16 fps lol

I will ask him what his specs are when he gets back.

Sorry but you will basically need a new PC to play PS2 games smoothly in PCSX2.
