A little help please?

Alright, so I'm not really - new - to PCSX2, I just haven't used it in a long while. My problem is with Z.O.E. - The Second Runner. It just so happens to be one of my favorite games of all time, and I just can't seem to get the framerate past 30. It's killin' me here. I'll post my console output just so you know what system I'm running. I believe I should be able to play it just fine. Is there something wrong in my settings?
