A place to request/download save states?

I have been looking for a place to request a save state and have yet to find one.

I am looking for a Suikoden Tactics save state at the beginning of the game with the Suikoden 4 data and new game+ features active.

If anyone has this save state or knows a forum specific to requesting save states please let me know.
