A problem with the rocket laucher GTA3 PAL

While playing the game, I needed to use the rocket launcher, but when I scope the scope, I see everything black and the square scope is broken diagonally in half. Only three lines are visible at the top and left, while the lines at the bottom and right are absent. What caused this problem? The sniper rifle functions normally.

I've been using some cheats on pnach, created by me following the guide and they have given me no problems, except for the one just described. I fixed it by turning them off, but the only one I'm using is the one with infinite health and unfortunately I need it for those more complicated missions.
