Not really...Tekken Tag is slow for me with an E8400 at 3,6Ghz and Tekken 5 barely full speed. Your only chance at playing these at good speeds is overclock your processor to or above 3,6 Ghz.

Well maybe cuz I get 25-30FPS in Tekken 5 with my NON-DUAL CORE Processor AND I use 1024x1024 resolution I guess maybe my condition is a little bit different ;D but still he should get about
30-40ish FPS
Intel E5700 @3.0Ghz,
Xfx Radeon 5670 1Gb,
4Gb DDR3 Ram,
Microsoft Windows7 Ultimate x86
