A question about 3d objects rendering..
Hi folks, 

I have a question regarding 3d objects rendering in a game. The game I'm playing is Shadow Hearts (first one).The game runs fine performance wise but graphical wise there is a bug in hardware mode (white lines across the screen in the background although not so bad). However in software mode there are no issues, but I like to use hardware mode because of higher resolutions obviously. 

So my question is if there is any option I can choose to make it so that only the background is running in software mode but the characters (3d objects) for example can run in hardware mode at the same time? Is there any possibility for that? Some kind of a magic setting I can benefit from?
