A question about using ps2 files

First than anything, I'm new here, so hello everyone, please be patient with me

Anyway, I just happen to have certain compatible PS2 game...in my computer, so I have no idea of how to make it run with the PSX2 thing, since it doesn't seem to find any of its files. I tried to do it the other way around, trying to open the biggest file of the game, and then setting the PSX2 program to open it, but it says it needs to be configured, so I do the configuration, and then nothing happens; when I try to do it one more time, the same thing happens, over and over.

Is there a way to run it? Because the game is rather big, so I'm unsure of how to burn it on a DVD.
