AMD APU and slowdowns or graphical issues

Hey guys. I've been playing with settings all morning, not pleased with my results, figured I'd ask for help.

Tried using AVX2 and AVX. 3D9 and 3D11 hardware settings. Emulator preset ranges for 2 - 5  most other settings at default, but played with the internal resolution with no fix. I'm playing both Ratchet & Clank and PoPSoT from iso. Even when I can get R&C to play at a mostly stable framerate there is tons of graphical issues like backgrounds are all messed up. PoP too, will play at 60FPS but with weird graphics issues.

Here are my specs... This is a laptop, but plugged in and power settings on High performance.

You must use the last 1.5git version of PCSX2 to fix Ratchet and Clank. If your AMD gpu can, play it under OpenGL to display shadows correctly.

that cpu is a bit slow for pcsx2.
That said, think about enabling mipmapping for R&C. (provided you use latest Git instead of latest stable)
Can't remember about PoPSoT, though.
Maybe software mode is mandatory

The latest git works waaay better. Followed a tut on YT, and it's running at 4x Native and AF at 8x with very little slowdown. I thought maybe it was my CPU but that never got much above 50%. Still doesn't but I am still getting a few dips down in the low 90%. Looks great though.

Oh, OPenGL is useless for me, using DX11
