ATV Offroad Fury 3 - Huge Slowdowns, No Idea Why

Been trying to get this game to run right for a while now, the wiki was very unhelpful since (from what I can gather) this game hasn't been tested since 2015.

It runs VERY smooth in time trial/freeride modes where there aren't any other drivers, however the normal races/waypoint it will get slowed down to below ~50% speed when all 5 of the other drivers are in the scene.

You might want to try default setting for best speed.
