PC Specifications:
CPU: Intel Core 2 Duo T9300 @ 2.5 GHz
GPU: NVidia Quadro FX 3600M 512 MB
RAM: 3.5 GB, PC2-6400

Build Description: PCSX2 July 30 2014 1.3.1 (Git: 814-gf4e881a) -Windows XP SP3

BIOS: USA v02.20 (10/02/2006) Console

EE/VU Clamp modes: Normal/Normal
EE/VU Rounding: Chop/Chop

Speedhacks:
Default/Recommended speedhacks.

Gamefixes:
Multiple fixes for the white screen. Set Skipdraw to 1, or enable Alpha Correction.

Amount of testing done (little/medium/much/completed game):
Much

Bugs (Direct3D9 hardware):
1.) Sometimes, when browsing through your options before a race, the textures on the rider and ATV may appear corrupt. This often happens when browsing through your options, like ATVs, tires...
2.) If you have mVU Flag Hack enabled, some textures like buildings and bridges stretch all over the screen. The bug does not appear when the Hack is disabled. (note: this also happens with ATV 4)
3.) Once in a while, you may encounter some sound errors when in-game. Can sometimes cause a song to skip, or a collision sound to not play (ex: PLASTIC_FENCE) Noted errors are: "989snd Error: cause 100 -> 0, 0, 0, 0". "989snd Error: cause 72 -> 0, 0, 0, 0", "989snd Error: cause 55 -> 2214592519, 0, 0, 0".

Comments:
The game runs flawlessly in software mode.

EDIT: Most of the graphical bugs seem to occur only on Direct3D9. Direct3D10 looks pretty good.

Status:
Playable

Skipdraw set to 1. Fixes the white screen when in-game, has no side affects.

Typical thing to test on openGL and accurate blending option. (might need a DX11 GPU)

I went ahead and tested with OpenGL. I don't think it's really supported by my GPU, but it looked okay to me (didn't require the skipdraw fix). It wouldn't let me enable Accurate Blend, probably not supported by my PC. (Look at the console!)
