About X-Input for Gamepad

Why the X-Input only works on XBOX 360 controller?

I have a SIGNO GP-680 gamepad, but looks like it doesn't support this emulator.

So, I have to buy an XBOX 360 controller to play PS2 games on this emulator???

Nope. Controllers that are X-Input compliant do work out-of-the-box. But any D-Input compliant controllers can be bound manually without much effort. Third party controllers though, you will need to make sure any drivers from the controller manufacturer are installed, and if that doesn't help at all, you may need to look into a compatibility software.

I don't understand you too much but I found my Gamepad supports D-Input too.

So, I download vJoy and it works great.

Thanks a lot.

There is a mode select button on that controller to switch between direct input and xinput, so you can use whichever you like.
