Yeah I have a 9500gt and an 8600gt. Guess which one is in the back of my wardrobe gathering dust?

The 9500 is basically a modded 8600, so is a fair bit faster and not much more expensive. (plus easy to oc Tongue)

I recommend the NVIDIA 9500GT for sure Smile

lol I guess I was being a bit vague when saying that.. but they are probably the closest related 8 to 9 series cards.

+the architecture isn't completely different, a fair bit yes, but it is quite similar in places.

Hmm.. Well I heard a 2.5ghz would be fine. Oo

And I saw that bench mark quad vs duo thread before, on a 2.6 xenosaga runs at a 45fps.
