Accidentally loaded a save state, but I still have my original save in the BIOS

Accidentally did a combination to load a prior save state, and now whenever I try to access previous saves that I had later on it throws an error in MGS3 and they disappear. 

I can still see it in here when I switch to no disc, so I'm hoping, is it possible to load it in again? I'm a little new to emulation.

can't you boot your game normally, then load from memcard ?
