Accidentally overwrote save in memory card

Hi guys, I was playing silent hill 3 and by mistake I overwrote a latest file with an old one, is there a way I can get back my save file without losing all the progress I made? TIA

EDIT: I messed with memory card options in the menu and now I have lost all the saves of every game..
