The only change recently regarding these games is the DMAC fix that lets the videos play now.
Collision detection is still broken, making them unplayable.

okay from your screenshot i see you have "extra rendering threads" set to 0. Set this to 3, that should improve the performance of the software renderer.

and as Rama says, make sure you use the EE Timing Fix.
