Adapter trixes digiflex compatible?
#1
Hello,

I just got an adapter to plug my ps2 controller to my computer (this one : https://www.amazon.co.uk/TRIXES-Port-Con...B006K0IDAI )

I'm using the default plugin LilyPad, but my ps2 controller doesn't do anything in game (my PCSX2 version is 1.5.0-dev-2240)

Any ideas ? I saw many people using this with pcsx2 so it should be working

Thanks !

First update to the latest version of 1.5.0 (2240 is quite old) and is the controller being seen in windows?

Ok , I just updated to 1.5.0 2552, but i'm still stuck on "Select language" screen when I launch a game
And yes the adapter device is detected by windows

Is there any configuration I need to do in LilyPad options ?

Thanks

Hmm let's see here. Under Lilypad > Plugin Settings > General Tab > Left lower screen (Device Diagnostics) It says anything like DX Controller (Name of Controller)? If it doesn't say DX, you have a chance that that converter might not have support for DirectX. The Controller itself still works on your PS2?

You could try this wrapper btw: https://forums.pcsx2.net/Thread-XInput-W...Controller

Yes I got "DX Twin usb vibration gamepad"

I have two ps2 controllers one is official and the other one is from madcatz. I was testing with the official one but I can't get it working. I just tested with the madcatz one and it's working in lilypad I can assign binds

It's weird because the official controller is still working on my ps2, I don't know why it's not working here :/

That is weird, I don't know why it won't work with the original PS2 one though, but good to hear atleast that the other one works for you ^^

It's because your missing the proper drivers https://www.google.com/search?q=ps2+twin...oOgL14:355 should get you started.

He isn't missing the proper drivers, since the gamepad/PS2 controller is BEING seen by windows and lilypad, but for some reason he can't bind the buttons, but with the madcatz clone he can.
