Been trying to play Star Ocean 3 on my laptop, have gotten the game to play but barely hit 25FPS and the audio barely plays at all. Ive searched the forums quite a bit and tried every suggestion available. Was wondering if my computer specs are the problem(tried about every plugin configuration I could think of)
Toshiba Satellite A355D

The only think I can think of is my hardware not up to speed(the games playable but dirt slow, to the point where fmv just wont play)
