Advice for Twisted Metal Black Keyboard/Mouse keybindings

Hi all,

New here so forgive me if I posted in the wrong section. Anyhow, I recently got Twisted Metal Black up and running, but am looking for some advice as to how other folks have mapped their keyboard and mouse to customize their keybindings.
