IDK but my previous thread was closed and the solution that was posted didnt solve my problem it still is occuring so im still stuck at the applying settings part plz help

It was probably closed because there was another thread for it. Did you download the attachment air uploaded?

CPU: C2D E8400 @ 3.6
GPU: GTX 560Ti 2Gb
