if i go under native the screen goes black, and all speedhacks make no diference not even 1 by 1

And this is the emulog after you had problems with the framerate?

what do the ee% & gs% say when you get slowdowns ?
CPU : AMD Ryzen 7 3800X
Mobo : Asus PRIME B450-PLUS

...or cpu by the look of your specs, I'd say you need a full upgrade.
