Align sprites fix in latest versions?

I'm trying to figure out how to enable the align sprite fix in version 1.7.3848. From my understanding after a few Google searches the latest version should handle these fixes automatically but I'm still getting results as if they are disabled. Screenshot shows MLB the Show 08 with black lines which can be remedied by enabling align sprites. Any ideas?

it's a per-game setting in qt versions.
right click on your game->properties
and enbale manual fixes to unlock 2 new tabs in graphic settings

I'm still lost. Got the game>properties part but having trouble finding enable manual fixes. Could you perhaps take a screenshot of the exact tab I should be looking for please?

Still showing the black lines even after enabling align sprites. Not sure what's going on but the wiki page for MLB the Show 08 says that enabling should remove them.

we don't run the wiki, so no idea

this game series has always had this issue when upscaling. i think it started with the '06 version all the way through '11.  there is no setting that will fix it. its a baseball game, not an RPG so of course the pcsx2 team doesnt care to look into it.  if it was a RPG it would of been fixed by now probably 


I asked felix cat long time ago to look at it and see if he can fix it with certain code but doesnt look like he will ever bother with it either.
