The gs is what drops on me to around 7%....

just provide the content of your Emulog (can be found at logs folder) , speccy sucks Tongue2

also please screenshot your GSdx plugin settings and speedhacks section Tab on Emulation settings.

I don't have a logs folder in my pcsx2 folder for some reason...Sorry man I'm new to all this...

still missing your GSdx plugin settings , also try the latest development builds from here: http://pcsx2.net/download/development/git.html

usually the values get dynamically adjusted based on the available resources.

Using a BIOS file with PCSX2 which you have downloaded from the internet or from a PS2 console you do not own is illegal. You must own the console the BIOS file came from (even if it's broken) to be legal.
