All star pro wrestling problems?

I can play any game I wish on PCSX 0.9.7 but not All star pro wrestling 3 and I dont have a swap magic or chipped ps2 :/ So does anyone have any idea why?

Here are the problems I get when trying to play:
Lagging when starting a match making it impossible to play.
Screen flickers rapidly at the same time.

The consoles is repeating this message when trying to play a match:

Anyone with knowledge how to fix this please tell me I'm dying to play this game!

anyways, can you please post the full emulog.txt ?
did you enable any speedhack ?

More troubling, why would he need swap magic or a mod chip to play a game he actually owns on his PS2?

I've downloaded all the bios USA,Japan&Europe to my pcsx 0.9.7 and Since my self I have a European ps2 I cannot play NTSC-J games on it so that is why I use pcsx to play them and now All star pro wrestling isn't working on pcsx and I can't play it on my ps2 so that is why I'm asking is there a way to play the game on pcsx 0.9.7.

No I did not include speedhacks.
