Always get the same Mensage Win 7

i ve a :
Amd phenon x3 2.1ghz
4 gb ddr 667 ram
nvidia 9400gt
windows7 ultimate
PCSX2_0.9.6_setup.msi
direct x 11 comes with windows 7
am installing on program files using GSdx 0.1.9 ssse3 on graphics
and SPU2-X.1.2 in soud and LilyPad_0.10.0 in control pad, is my configuration right or a ve change something???
ALWAYS SAY UPGRADE YOUR DIRECT X, HOW CAN Y FIX THIS???
CAN YOU GIMMY THE LINK FOR THE RIGHT DIRECT X
CAN I PLAY A RESPETABLE SPEED ffx IN THIS MACHINE??

Uh it tells you to update and it tells you click "yes" to go get the right one so do that. Your machine is slow it would depend on what games you want go play but for most of them it wont be fast enough.

DirectX 11 does not replace any other DirectX version; they are installed side-by-side. Just because you have DirectX 11, doesn't mean you have the latest version. You will need to update your DirectX using the web installer or download the August 2009 Redist (google).

ok im going to download, and post the results, and something more!!! is true pcsx2 can only use 2 cores of my cpu ???????

Yes, unless you use GSdx software mode, which only allows for native resolution and is typically slower than hardware mode, except if you have a really power CPU and a really crappy graphics card.
