Getting a laptop to run PCSX2 is really not a good idea. It's a very demanding program and you are gonna have to spend $1000+ and even then you might struggle with some games and your laptop could overheat. You're much better off getting a decent desktop Pc.

Yes, my new MSI laptop was ~$1800 and more or less demanding games doesn't run smoothly on 3x native with the fan at 100%.
