Analog Sticks not working, regardless of plugin

Hi all, sat down on my pc and decided to try to play some Armored Core 2 on PCSX2, and the only gamepad i have right now is my xbox one controller, i can get every button to work except for the sticks, ive tried changing the type of input, to the plugin, to using 3rd party software like x360ce, but to no avail, i just cant get the sticks to work. They are registering as working, but the game just wont do anything with them. 

I'm new here, so sorry if there's an obvious answer im missing
